With a degree in music theatre (same university as Hugh Jackman!), I don’t think I could have found a better training ground for the world of talent acquisition (albeit indirectly.) Where else would I have been so thoroughly prepped to dance with corporate Australia, to play detective to find the most elusive of candidates and to ensure that, no matter what, the show will go on?
