Our Foundation Story
The idea of Think Talent was born between two Mums over a glass of wine. After successful careers and like many working parents, we were struggling finding the balance between work and family. We had a vision to create and grow an outcomes focused business that measures performance differently.
We realised early days that our experience gained in agency, start-up and in-house environments like Origin Energy and Cricket Australia was invaluable to our clients and candidates. We understand their pain points and often found ourselves influencing role architecture and talent engagement strategy.
We identified a connection between organisation purpose and talent engagement ahead of others and created a unique offering that assists organisations to develop compelling employment value proposition and market it to top talent across competitive markets. This has become an innovative addition to Think Talent's marketing led recruitment process and has been used to build employment brand recognition and interest that seen our customers uplift capability and grow.
Our agile operating structure and culture is unique and it allows us to respond quickly to market feedback and customer needs. We listen and adapt our business to remain on trend and relevant. We look for improvement opportunities and encourage our people to disrupt the conversation around talent which helps our customers stay ahead of the curve.
What has transpired over the years has been a journey of incredible success and growth. It hasn’t always been easy and we have learnt as much from our setbacks as we have from our successes.
