Cassandra brings over two decades of business experience, and has held a range of senior leadership roles. While holding the position of Global Director of Employee Experience at Bupa, Cassandra helped activate the organisation’s purpose, ‘Longer, Healthier, Happier Lives,’ for their 86,000 employees around the world.

Cassandra's extensive business experience and coaching certification enables her to work effectively with high-performing executive leaders. Cassandra has a proven track record of fine-tuning the inner game of authentic leadership, and collaborating with organisations to create workplaces where employees can thrive, play, perform, and feel a sense of belonging.
