On an ambitious growth and digital transformation journey, GMCU were seeking a new CEO. The Board tasked Think Talent Executive with securing an experienced banking executive with dynamic people leadership capabilities and shared commitment to GMCU's mission to 'unleash what's possible within our communities'. Relocation to the Goulburn Valley was anticipated to narrow the candidate field and demand a comprehensive, engaging search process.
Following extensive market mapping, salary benchmarking and nation-wide digital marketing campaign, Think Talent Executive undertook a robust assessment process of candidates, including Gallup Leadership Strengths Assessment, in-depth competency interview with Founder & CEO, Ainsley Johnstone and case study preparation, before presentation of short-list for Board consideration. Think Talent Executive also provided support to manage the offer and mobility process.

With a new CEO in place, Bank First is embarking on a member-led transformation journey that will ensure they deliver on this promise into the future.
Working closely with Bank First's People & Culture team, we developed a behaviours profile to assess growth mindset, empathy and change resilience traits and built a talent pool with the requisite digital literacy, agility, human centred design and communication skills. Boosted by an online marketing campaign, we were able to attract and convert highly skilled passive candidates.
With a focus on people, process, and technology, we helped Bank First build a high-performance team, embed new ways of working and build the capabilities needed to deliver the business-wide initiatives that will bring Bank First’s future operating model to life.
Aesop is on a rapid, global expansion trajectory. Think Talent was appointed to engage critical talent to build their next generation technology and ways of working.
Think Talent developed an innovative digital marketing campaign to target top talent across Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
Within three months, Think Talent was able to deliver 30+ resources to establish Aesop's enterprise and solution architecture practice and recruit a Program Director to lead the China Expansion technology platform build.
