The Opportunity
The Strategy Manager role leads a portfolio of consulting projects and works with clients to solve complex enterprise-wide issues by formulating strategic initiatives, redesigning organisation structures and ways of working, transforming operations and processes, and improving business performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading small to mid-sized client engagements with the support of talented senior team members who you can grow with and learn from.
- Strategic and tactical problem-solving , data analysis and scenario modelling that generates innovative solutions and strategies to meet client challenges.
- Facilitating workshops with executive teams to shape strategic initiatives and engage stakeholders on the change journey.
- Managing all aspects of project delivery and change management, from business case through to benefits realised.
- Developing and nurturing complex stakeholder relationships to ensure project success and impact.
- Supporting business development efforts, including identifying opportunities, preparing proposals and supporting client presentations.
