Cassandra brings over two decades of business experience, and has held a range of senior leadership roles, including Global Director of Employee Experience at Bupa where she activated the organisation’s purpose, ‘Longer, Healthier, Happier Lives,’ for their 86,000 employees around the world.


Cassandra's extensive business experience and coaching certification enables her to work effectively with high-performing executive leaders.
