Cassandra joined the Think Talent team in 2023 as Chief Talent Activator to support our vision of creating a world of work, where unique talents of leaders and employees are maximised.
Cassandra brings over two decades of business experience, and has held a range of senior leadership roles, including Global Director of Employee Experience at Bupa where she activated the organisation’s purpose, ‘Longer, Healthier, Happier Lives,’ for their 86,000 employees around the world.
Cassandra's extensive business experience and coaching certification enables her to work effectively with high-performing executive leaders. Cassandra has a proven track record of fine-tuning the inner game of authentic leadership, and collaborating with organisations to create workplaces where employees can thrive, play, perform, and feel a sense of belonging.
